These Terms & Conditions govern the Falcon Equipment & Supply text-messaging program (the “Program”).

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Falcon Equipment & Supply, including service alerts (appointment reminders, repair-status updates, warranty notices) and sales or promotional messages about our products and services. Messages are sent via an automated system.

How to opt in

You can opt in by (1) completing the sign-up form above with your mobile number and checking the consent box, or (2) providing your mobile number and giving verbal consent in person at our store. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and current promotions.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Falcon Equipment & Supply does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at service@falconesc.com or 217-582-2299.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
