What brands do you carry?

Falcon Equipment & Supply is your local Bad Boy Mowers and Grasshopper Mowers dealer, plus Bad Boy tractors, implements, and Bad Boy 80V and gas handheld tools. We also carry LogLogic wetland equipment, Fliegl trailers, ACI / Agri-Cover tarps, and Redbarn pet foods.

Can I buy a mower online?

Handheld tools and select smaller items can be purchased right on our website. Mowers, tractors, and implements are sold in-store so we can set them up, walk you through the machine, and handle delivery and warranty registration properly. On those you’ll still see pricing and options online, with a note to call 217-582-2299 — or get pre-approved first through our financing options.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer several financing options on mowers and tractors, and you can apply before coming in to speed things up. We recommend starting with Sheffield Financial. See our Financing page for all of your options.

Service & Repair

Do you service all brands, or only what you sell?

We service and repair all makes and models — not just Bad Boy and Grasshopper. Zero-turns, riding mowers, push mowers, and other small engine machines are all welcome. We’re an official Kohler, Kawasaki, and Vanguard dealer and stock OEM parts, filters, and oil.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes — and it’s one of the things that sets us apart. We’ll pick up your equipment, service it, and deliver it back to you. The pickup fee depends on how far you are and whether we already have other pickups in your area, so we batch pickups by area to keep costs down. The easiest way to get on the schedule is to request a pickup online. A real person will call or text to confirm your time and your fee.

What does service cost?

Winter tune-ups start at $115 plus parts for Bad Boy and Grasshopper residential mowers — see our Services page for the full list of what’s included and pricing for other brands and commercial machines. Pickup and delivery is a separate fee based on distance and nearby pickups. Repairs depend on the machine and what it needs, so we’ll give you an estimate before we start work.

Parts

Can you get parts for my mower?

Yes. We stock common blades, belts, filters, and oil, and can order OEM parts for Bad Boy, Grasshopper, and many other brands. Give us a call with your model and serial number and we’ll track it down.
